      3D Studio VIZ是Autodesk公司推出的三維動畫設計軟件,目前在全球已經有廣泛的應用。本書是3D Studio VIZ基礎課件和高級課件的綜合教材。它既可以做為3D Studio VIZ培訓教師的用書,也可以供感興趣的學生自學時使用。本書的目的是運用具體的設計實例循序漸進地講述VIZ的各項功能,高級課件兩部分。基礎課件中的前三章(用戶界面、建模概念和場景創建)介紹了VIZ的功能概貌,包括VIZ的主要基礎功能如鏈接、建模、光線設置、材料設置、靜態渲染、通用建模概念、NURBS建模和動畫等,與AutoCAD集成、創建對象、創建與編輯樣長、創建材料、創建管線、渲染與背景這六章,以及創建減振器模型、創建山地車模型、機械裝配動畫這三章,分別以建筑和機械設計的應用實例為背景講述了VIZ的這些基礎功能。高級課件分為三個模塊。通用模塊講述了VIZ常用的高級功能如子對象級的建模、光滑網格曲面的編輯、多層復合材料、材料類型和映射、光線調整和鏡頭效果等。建筑模塊和機械模塊分別通過建筑和機構設計的應用實例,講述了在VIZ中如何增強DWG鏈接、運用Lightscape光線、建筑模型的動畫、高級NURBS建模、鏈接機械桌面文件和機械設計的動畫。作為培訓課件,本書所帶光盤中提供了豐富的圖像資料和一份多媒體演示,光盤中的內容與書中各個部分、模塊和章節一一對應。
